Built a strong foundation for design, hiring and mentoring 4 full-time designers, introducing research, establishing a career ladder, and rolling out the company’s first design system.
Led the replatforming of the digital experience, including a full checkout rebuild that significantly improved conversion rate, with work spanning the full e-commerce journey from discovery to post-purchase.
Partnered with Marketing on a company-wide rebrand and the evolution of signature elements like the Price Transparency module — balancing business shifts with brand needs.

At IDEO, I worked at the intersection of product and brand, leading multidisciplinary teams and client programs. I helped organizations across healthcare, fintech, and CPG define human-centered strategies and turn them into digital products and services grounded in real user needs.
→ Led venture design—including product, brand, and business model—for Foodprint, a first-of-its-kind lifestyle CGM startup later acquired by Medtronic. [Link]
→ Partnered with Commonwealth Bank of Australia to define a B2B data strategy and design digital tools that help kids build better saving habits.
→ Helped Zalando define a new company purpose, launch their in-house innovation lab, and scale new ways of working across design, product, and engineering. [Link]
